Leo Media offers a professional bespoke backing tracks service to compliment our growing online catalogue of high-quality backing tracks.
We offer 2 bespoke services, Silver and Gold:
Silver Tracks
Our Silver backing track production service is priced at £90.00 per 5 minutes of music produced. So for example, a track lasting 8 minutes and 15 seconds would cost you £180.00 because you are into the second 5 minute block, whereas a track lasting 2 minutes and 46 seconds would cost £90.00.
Many Websites only offer a very vague price guide and refuse to be pinned down until they’ve heard the complexity of the track you want them to produce for you, but we at Leo Media feel that giving you a strict pricing structure up-front will help you to manage your production budget more efficiently and save you a lot of time waiting for us to give you our quotation.
Silver backing tracks usually contain a mixture of sampled and real instruments. For example if the track you want us to produce for you has a lot of guitar parts, we will send the job to one of our producers who is a guitarist so those parts will be recorded by our producer actually playing the guitar rather than playing the notes using a guitar sound on a keyboard. However if the same track also has a piano, the producer will most likely use a very high-quality digitally sampled piano for that part.
Gold Tracks
Our premium Gold Tracks service is second to none! We have access to some of the West End’s finest session musicians who just love getting in the studio and laying down tracks for us.
Gold Tracks are produced in blocks of 5 or more because quite honestly it isn’t worth getting all those talented musicians in the studio for less as we’re sure you can appreciate. For example, if you require 5 Frank Sinatra Swing/Rat Pack tracks that we don’t already have in our Leo Backing Tracks online store, and you want a truly spectacular set of backings, then our Gold Tracks service is perfect for you! We can pull together a full compliment of incredible Jazz-trained horn players, drummers, percussionists, woodwind players, pianists, guitarists and bass players to give you that unbeatable Bigband sound you’re looking for for your show! And of course, Bigband isn’t the only genre we can offer! Our top musos can play almost anything! And if they can’t do it themselves, they know other musicians who can!

We can quite happily say go and have a look around and see if you can find a service of equivalent quality for the same price because we know you won’t find one! We can also offer session musicians for specific recordings. So for example if you want a Silver Track, but you want the sax solo to be played by a real player we can arrange that for you. We usually charge £80.00 in addition to the £90.00 track production fee for solos like this.
Both Gold and Silver Tracks get cheaper the more you buy of course, but please remember the minimum order size of 5 tracks for our Gold Tracks service. Silver Tracks can be purchased individually, but we have a minimum turn-around time of 2 weeks. If you require tracks sooner than this, we have to add an additional Fasttrack fee of 25 percent to your total order cost.
